These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WinTrade mobile application (the "App") and the website wintrade.space. WinTrade is developed and published by an independent developer ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

WinTrade shows market quotes and charts, lets you practise trading with a virtual balance ("demo trading"), offers educational lessons and quizzes, offers a blog, and lets you chat with a personal manager. The App is provided free of charge. It has no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no paid features.

2. Not a broker, not investment advice

WinTrade is an information and educational tool. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange or investment adviser. The App does not execute real trades, hold funds or connect to brokerage accounts. Nothing in the App, including lessons, quizzes and chat messages, or on the Website is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Any real trading decision you make is your own responsibility.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the App. When registering you must give your real name and an email address you control, and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has accessed it. An account is personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

You can delete your account at any time in the App under Settings > Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your demo trading history, learning progress and chat history, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Demo trading, virtual balance and rewards

The virtual balance, any results in demo trading, and XP, levels and daily rewards are virtual. They have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services. Demo results do not reflect real market conditions such as slippage, liquidity, fees or execution delays, and do not predict results in real trading.

5. Lessons, quizzes and blog

Lessons, quizzes and blog articles are provided for general education only. We aim to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that they are complete, current or suitable for your situation. Quiz scores and progress are for your own reference, have no monetary value and are not a certificate or qualification. We may add, change or remove lessons and quizzes at any time.

6. Chat with a personal manager

The in-app chat lets you ask your personal manager questions about the App and its content. Personal managers do not provide personal investment advice, do not manage money and will never ask you for passwords, card details or payments. Do not send such information in the chat. Replies are given during working hours and we do not guarantee a response time.

You agree not to use the chat to send abusive, threatening, unlawful or spam messages, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may limit or suspend access to the chat if you break these rules. Chat messages are stored as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Market data

Quotes and charts are supplied by third-party providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and may be unavailable at times. It is provided for information and practice only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

8. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the App under the laws of your country and under Apple's App Store rules. If you are under the age of majority, use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

9. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.

The App, its design, code, lessons, quizzes, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Market data belongs to its respective providers. These Terms give you no ownership rights.

12. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, funds or data, arising from your use of or reliance on the App, its data, lessons, quizzes, chat messages or demo trading results, including losses from real trades you make elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the chat or use the App unlawfully.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed. If changes are significant, we will let you know in the App. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
